It is also a kind of modified enzyme preparation after DNA’s recombination. The main activated composition lipase can hydrolyze grease into dihydroxypropyl ester/ diacylglycerol/ glycerin/free fatty acid. Lipase can effectively reduce hydrophobicity of grease and fat and remove dirt. At 20℃，lipase can improve washing effect. Lipase can decompose butter dirt or fat dirt on fibre. 2.
